Harassment
I was at diepkloof square on the 18th of Oct. I was doing a bit of eyeshopping...I went I to the first store(Ackermans) I left the shop. I then proceeded to the next store pep...I went to the first aisle whc is by the exit door, as I was about to leave the shop the security man stops me and says he wants to search my bag...I then asked him why because was just by the first aisle and I didn't go further into the shop.....so why am I being searched? He told me that it is stand proceedure of the shop, and he is doing his job...I had my daughter on me in an average who was sleeping covered in a blanket...this security man threw the blanket over my head and jerkd my kid up saying he is doing his job by searching me....this action of his woke the kid up. He then wanted to snatch my bag and I said no what he was doing is harrassment. he pushed me around me wouldn't let me leave the shop....I asked him to call the shop manager. He came and I explained what happend and he just stood there and did nothing about it. I then asked for the security's details . And they are as follows: Lindokuhle Mayezana , ccj security company. Incident happened at pep diepkloof square.

Appalling customer service
We continue to receive appauling service from brightwave, their internet never works and they really dont care that we pay for a service that we never get. They have now closed my internet saying that I did not pay after sending them proof of payment to Lebogang nkomo
