Without my consent, they have been deducting R149 pm for possible more than a year. I have been trying to get the debit order cancelled for the past 8 months, but to no avail. I have made numerous phone calls, and everytime they have promised me that thy will cancel and refund me. but this never happens. To me I think it is a scam
