I would like to express my disappointment regard to my queries for the amend life insurance .<br> <br> I have been contact your customer service since 10 September 2015 regards to the amend.<br> <br> Yes , the customer service lady did comes back to me and told me that either send email to [Email Removed] or I have to go to your branch , so it's will be done via financial consultant. <br> Which I did both on email and<br> <br> On Monday morning I also went to the Kenilworth centre ,<br> <br> Zayaan from Kenilworth center is very friendly and hopeful ,she informed me that I have to go to your Claremont branch for the amend. And she even send the request email to Dave about my request.<br> <br> Late Monday I have also send another email again to Dave about the amend.<br> <br> Today Thursday I still haven't received any response from any your consultant.<br> <br> I'm very disappointed about your service. <br> <br> In fact , if I must cancel my policy which is fast for just amend the policy .<br> Without any choice, my next step will be cancel policy then.<br> <br> Because I'm not going to waste another hour or two on queuing for just amend the policy.
