I am really sorry to post this but I am NOT a happy customer. I booked my Landcruiser 100 vx v8 in for a service and a dyna and was promised I get it in the afternoon. I called at 14h28 and asked if there are issues and got told not major issues. I arrived at 16h20 and were told they couldn't do the dyna because there is an issue with the injectors. They will send it away and I will get it tomorrow. This is bull**** - I live in Skeerpoort and specifically booked the service here to get the car the same day. Pathetic and poor customer service. I am so disappointed. All promises but nothing to show. Never in my life again.
<p>I have ordered 5000 Clay Bricks from Bricks4All on 2 June 2016. Elizabeth confirmed me that the bricks will be delivered within a week. Well - I haven't received any bricks up until now (25 July 2016) as I was told that the problem is with BricksHyper that experienced SARS issues and could not deliver the bricks as well as cannot do a refund as their account was wrongly debited by SARS. I spoke to Vivian from BricksHyper last week and he confirmed that all monies owed to Bricks4All had been paid in full. I have been trying to get hold of Elizabeth for a week now without any success. She doesn't answer calls and doesn't return messages. does anyone know what their physical address is? I had to order bricks from another provider which had been delivered within 3 days of ordering. </p>
