Bad attitude and bad quality

I'm really unimpressed with the service. I bought a pair of satin pants at the end of last year from the Buitengracht street branch. They split down the centre seam on the 3rd wearing. I took them back for repair in December. I never heard back from the shop and when I phoned earlier this month was told they were ready for collection. After fetching them I noticed that the both the front and back seams had been sewn together, without the addition of an insert, so the pants didn't fit properly anymore and were much smaller. I took them back to the shop today and was told that they couldn't be fixed any other way, that they didn't have the fabric to fix them properly, that I wouldn't be refunded and that they must have been too small when I bought them. Accompanied by a scathing glance at my behind (I am a size 32). I was quite a fan of Xoxo. Not any more. I won't be buying any more of your clothing. Its not good quality.
