Dismal Customer Care
My wife posted a review of ADT's dismal response to their botched installation which resulted in a burglary within hours of their installation (see 10 May 2019 post). The only response from ADT was from their Social Media Representative to whom we sent all related correspondence regarding the incident. To date, AGAIN, no response from ADT.

Fast, Friendly Service
I took the front propshaft of my Prado into SAJCO at 9h30 on Saturday morning. By 11h45 the same morning, Anthony called to say the propshaft was refurbished and ready for collection. So great to know that some companies still believe in putting their customers first! Well done Anthony.
