What a truly South African experience! Our "expert" was 30-40 minutes late, reeking of alcohol. We all missed our appointments of course and had to wait for whatever gap became available. That is not where it ended. The gentleman reeked as if he had been pickled in beer, and had the glossy eyes to go along with it. Given his lack of assistance with the application forms (we all just handed in our documents to the lady behind the counter), I concluded that he was still suffering from the effects of a truly stupendous evening. He spent the rest of my time there chatting to the ladies behind the counter, not assisting in herding us to the counter or anything. Job creation I suppose is a national priority, but my word at what cost to the rest of us.
<p>The service I received from Renew-It is absolutely impeccable. The service cards that we are requested to fill out are at times difficult to be honest with due to the context of you sitting in front of me, etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just hope that your managers (and those of Stephanie) are aware that they have assets such as yourselves which are an absolute necessity when it concerns the customers and those who’s faces represent the company.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your service is stellar and I hope that my own staff can one day emulate that same enthusiasm which you exude.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank You</p>
