Harrassment and Intimidation: Faerie Glen Virgin Active
<p>Faerie Glen's club closing hours on a Friday is 20:00. I was doing laps in the pool from exactly 19:28 and to be precise was on lap 93 when all the staff surrounded the pool intimidating me to get out of the water and signaling and saying things which you will have video footage of, seeing that it was 20h00. (I was out of the club at 20h05) </p> <p>Do you condone treatment in this fashion, will any supermarket chase their clients away whilst they are finishing up with their shopping when doors close at 19h00? I think not. </p> <p>I do believe and I would like to reiterate myself, I will not be harassed nor will I be intimidated as was the case. </p> <p>Feedback from your CEO in this regard will be much appreciated. Would he be treated as such? What would he do?</p> <p> </p>

Unethical Supplier
After many a phone calls, emails and lawfully abiding to the signed contract with this supplier - Faerie Glen Self Storage, I'm still awaiting my refundable deposit from this supplier. In terms of the contractual agreement this supplier intentionally neglects to refund clients, as noted from a previous client that I am not the only person affected by her willful/deceitful act. She continuously tries to pass the buck and does not take responsibility for her actions and is in contravention with the dually signed contract. Will not recommend this supplier/facility to anyone.
