Airgun Nut - Incompetance
Very unpleasant experience even 1 star is to generous. Paid for my FX IMPACT and wanted to confirm that there actually was an fx impact in the box. Packaging was removed and supplied to the courier service without any protection. Would atleast expect some protection for a purchase well over R 40 000, hopefully the gun will not be damaged on the way to Botswana. Eugene and his staff should not work with clients they are rude and unprofessional. I should have listened to all the warnings....

Fraud
I stay in Botswana and have ordered the spare part over the phone, made a international forex transfer for the invoiced amount of R 5500.00 for a new distributor and on collection they quickly stripped an accident damaged vehicle to supply me with a used spare part. We queried the issue and was refunded, the money was thrown on the floor, while manus the manager was hiding in his office. Have never see such pathetic childish service in my life. Be careful what you buy there...<br>
