The short version: I am being suspended with no reason given as a paying, long term customer. They refuse to give me a reason or even a chance to respond. There is no means to ask for a refund. Therefore they as essentially committing ***** per their own EULA. The long version: I was playing a game called Overwatch and the one game was just some people sabotaging the game to try **** their way to some achievement. I did not play along with their charade, I just played the game as is intended. They mass reported me even though they were the ones sabotaging the game. I have since been suspended and provided no reason despite 3 tickets opened. They just cite the EULA which I am not in contravention of and close the ticket immediately. I am a long term paying customer and they just ended my service *******ly, essentially.
Further to a 6 month delay in shipping and damaged goods they refused to pay out for despite my buying their All Risk Cover: It has come to my attention that this company is not an FSP, but is reselling their company liability cover as "All Risk Cover".
I shipped 3 cubic meters of items from Cape Town to Portugal. I send it in November and received it in late May. My computer monitors were broken and I logged a claim. I stated "Computers" on the all risk form and after 57 days of me having to follow up (they even said they would follow up the next morning and failed to do so) every few weeks, they rejected my claim saying that the monitors are not part of my PC. Per legal definition, I am correct that monitors are part of "computer". Excessive delays. Terrible communication. And outright failure to pay a simple claim.
