This company is assisting a marketing company called Taylin to fraudulently debit people's accounts.
December 2017 I noticed an amount of R95.00 debited from my account. The reference showed TAYLIN followed by (My ID Number). In January the same company attempted to debit R60.00. I phoned the bank and reversed the R60.00 and then investigated to try and find this Taylin company. I found out that the payment was collected by a company called SA Payment who was collecting on behalf of Taylin Marketing. I managed to get hold of Taylin who claimed that I subscribed to a rewards program of some sorts of which I denied. They took my details and claimed they will contact me when they completed their investigation after 7 to 14 days. They claimed that they will refund me with all moneys debited if it is found that I did not agree to this so called rewards program. I informed them that I will proceed with a criminal case of fraud and they can provide me with the details of the agreement I made(voice recording of the phone call) if they can find it. I am still waiting for their reply. Details are as follows: SA Payment - ********** http://www.sapaymentexchange.co.za/ Taylin Marketing - ********** - 031 **********

Bought a BMW X1 from Hyundai Constantia Kloof in August and they offerd me a Service Plan through one of their affiliates. I only found out a couple of months later when I took my car in for a service that the Service Plan was through Liquid Capitol. I have to date not received any documentation from Liquid Capitol...

I phoned their (Liquid Capitol's) customer care line to ask what I should do and was told that I can not speak to the authorisation department directly as the Service Centre needs to do that. The Service Station tried to contact Liquid Capitol and after a long wait (more than 45minutes) authorisation was verbally given. As per procedure the Service Station can not go through with the service without an e-mail confirming authorisation and this is where Liquid Capitol decided to stop communication as that e-mail never reached the Service station.

I ended up calling the Liquid Capital Authorisation dept. through a number I was given by the Service Station, as the customer care line refused to put me through to Authorisations... I spoke to a gentleman Steven who assured me that he will sort everything out and even blamed the dealer for being difficult before he even spoke to them. I phoned the dealer and asked if Steven got hold of them and they replied that everytime they phoned to speak to Steven they were told he is not by his desk and that they could not hold on for him as that is not allowed...Why??

I phoned the authorisation dept. again and still Steven was not available... I told them my car needs to be serviced urgently as it was already 14h30 in the afternoon so this needs to be resolved, after which another gentleman phoned the service station to resolve the issue... The service station still did not receive any feedback but decided that they are not gonna inconvienience me because of Liquid Capitol's incompetence so they proceeded with the service... If I knew how incompetent Liquid Capitol was I would have never taken a Service Plan with them... I do not recommend them to anyone.

This whole story happened from 11h30 till 14h30 when the Service Station decided to end the dispute in the name of good customer care... Hopefully I can get Liquid Capitol to pay by tommorrow...
