Service is Very Very Poor at Obama tombstone

I’m very dissapointed with the service I got from Obama Tombstone. We are always encouraged to support local businesses but the service and treatment we receive there are very disgraceful, I paid Obama for a Ledger which cost R4000 I paid them on the 25th Sept 2024 today it’s the 31 October and I still have not received the tombstone I paid for. Now that I’m fighting for a refund I’m being told that they already installed the tombstone and my question to them was always that they need me to be there when they install the tombstone. They installed the tombstone without my presence and I wanted to phahla first before they install the tombstone. The owner of Obama tombstone is VERY VERY Rude. They are all full of lies and now that I say I want my money they tell my of the 7 days cancellation. How long did it take for me waiting for them to install the tombstone
