Superb Worst Lying Service from a dealership
I have viewed a vehicle that Callabee is selling, i have noticed fresh oil leaking from the vehicle and asked this will be attended to and fixed i will purchase the vehicle at full price with no discounts. Sam the representative for Callabee has agreed and he will notify me when the leak has been repaired. He has not contacted me were i had to contact him and to asked whether they have sent the vehicle for repairs. He said that the vehicle is in at the mechanic and busy to attend the fault. He said that i can come after 2 days and will have the vehicle ready to view the repaired work. I arrived there which is an hour drive that i told him, Sam has **** about the repair work were the vehicle was never taken to any mechanic as he stated. I was a little bit upset but never mentioned this because i am there for the vehicle and not for Sam. I have asked him can he please send the vehicle for repairs, he agreed it would be done in the next 2 days. After contacting Sam for an update he never answered my call or returned the call. Which i have contacted another employee which said that the vehicle has been sold. I will never recommend Callabee Automotive to anyone.
