Warning to locals looking for pool / building work

Please be warned to citizens in the Cape Town area, DO NOT allow a Mr Bruce Mutch to talk you into doing any work on your property and DO NOT give out any money. Many people have experienced that once you accept his contract and pay 50% deposit you are assured to have problems, personally I paid R7000.00 deposit to build a Koi pond, 2 x locals were dropped off to do the work with no supervision, after 2 x days he did not return to complete the work. After some investigation many people response that they too had the same experience and have gone to the small claims court with no success.
