slow service

no one assisted us without us getting someones attention. <br> when we found what we wanted we had to wait 15 -20 min for staff to cut material... then had to Wait another 30 min for someone to ring up sale. after sale was was rung up had to wait another 15 min to use card facility as we did not have enough cash.... very unorganised and pathetic customer service
