Satisfied and grateful guest
I visited few Sorbet’s but Elridge Boksburg Branch is the best. Friendly franchisee, happy ladies full of smiles from the reception area to your treatment rooms. Oh yeah not forgetting the laughter which we enjoy, some customers might be sensitive and we learn their ethnic language in the process. SA has 11 languages and I’m happy to learn zulu or any other language when I’m there. I love it. Keep it Up girls . Will visit anytime.

Left me for more than 45min with a numb cream
I'm very upset. I had a 1pm appointment with skin Aesthetica. Arrived at 12:40 for numb cream before my Dermapen treatment. 13:30 the therapist still has not attended to me. I then dressed up and walked out of the therapy room. It was shocking that the receptionist had to call her from upstairs and she was busy coloring her hair, I am very angry considering the amount of money that we pay for these treatments. Respect goes a long way. With this experience, I will never go back again. I actually want my refund of advanced payments made towards them.?
