<p>I ordered business cards from Richard on the 21st of January 2016! He asked a deposit of 50%. I paid the deposit on the 21st and these words are on his quote....Our standard turnaround time is* 12-18 working days although we can offer quicker service in 5-7 working days, please inquire as to costs. * Begins the day after deposit** is paid and final artwork is agreed on.<br /> <br /> Today is the 1st of March (28 working days) after I excepted the quote and paid for a 1000 cards!!!<br /> At first he told me a story that China has got holidays so he cant get the cards!!! That was after I sent him emails regarding the time delay??? I was very disappointed at that stage but o'well I paid for the cards so I will wait another week or so! Note that Richard never contacts me regarding the delays..... I always follow up with him!<br /> <br /> Last week I sent him ANOTHER email asking him if my cards are finished! His reply was very short and he just said sorry its out of his hands.... Last week Friday Richard still didn't receive my cards! That's his version of the story! I think that Richard is a lying thief and I will contact my attorney regarding Richard and Plastic Card King!</p>
