Zero Communication on a Figo Repair

To start off, I will never purchase another Ford ever in my life again and will turn every person i meet off of the brand, their after sales service from Ford the Glen is horrible! and don't even get me started on the amount of times I've had to have this "brand new" vehicle towed to a dealer for repairs, the last two tows out of the 5 in total now was to Vereeniging Motors who doesn't bother to let you know that your one and only vehicle has been received by them and that they are on top of the situation. Now early in December of 2017 it was towed to them the first time and it took them until the 10th of January 2018 to get a hold of parts to repair this vehicle and i received it Thursday the 11th of January 2018, (Note: I had to call to find out the vehicle was ready to be collected after being promised they would let me know). Monday afternoon on the 15th of January 2018 the vehicle wouldn't start (Bearing in mind this is a 2016 Ford Figo, so called "New Generation") after calling Ford i was told to contact AA roadside assistance in the morning to have it towed back to Vereeniging Motors and the lady on the other end of the call assured me that someone would look at the vehicle as soon as it arrived.... Tuesday at noon on the 16th of January 2018 i contacted Vereeniging Motors as i had not heard from them and did not know if my vehicle had been received by them or had fallen off the tow truck, i was then told rather rudely the tow in's have a 24 to 48 hour waiting period, well it is now the evening of the 17th of January 2018, i called them today to be told by someone that they had no idea what the status of my vehicle was or if anyone had even looked at it yet, he then took down my name and number for the i don't know maybe the 5th time and assured me that someone would call me this afternoon with the status of my vehicle, i have had no such phone call and we are now nearing on the 48 hour mark and my patience is now no longer in existence, this vehicle has spent more time at the Ford "Workshops" then in my own hands, I am utterly disgusted in Ford as a brand and the service they offer at both the Glen and Vereeniging Motors as i have not been to any others.
