Danger: Instillation of Solar - TL Solar
This person do installations in the Waterberg District in Limpopo of solar power systems. Although it looks good and neat it does not comply to regulations. After 6 months my system started burning and explode resulting that there was fire under the system. I contact an Engineer, and he did an investigation. The results were that the wrong equipment as the wiring did also not comply. At the end the whole system had to be redone with a big financial lost. The most terrifying is the fact that my house could burn down. I also sure that the assurance will not pay out for this faulty installation. We tried to contact the owner but until today he did not contact me. I recommend that you let someone look into your system if they did any installment on your premises.

Bad service and Rip-off company.
I sold my vehicle that was fitted by Tracker device and send a letter to tracker requesting them to install it on the new vehicle. I was told by a very rude lady that I have a contract with them and that I had to pay an amount of R750,00 to change it to the other vehicle. This amount is the same as installing a new device. Then they also gave me another option: Pay an amount of R1100 and the contract would be finish. Meantime I receive notice that my device is not functional and I must bring it to them for inspection. There is also an amount payable but I refuse to do it because I sold the vehicle. From two weeks ago I receive 8 calls per day from Norman Bissett & Associates, harassing me for an amount of R 460,00, which according them I am in arrears. I tried to settle the account but either they don`t understand me and are very rude. I will also never do business with them and warn people about their conduct.

Waiting for vehicle documents
My vehicle was written off on 11 December 2014. The Bank, MFC was paid the outstanding amount on the car two weeks ago. Until date the registration certificate is outstanding with the result that the assurance do not want to pay me out. By phoning them I held the line for more than 20 minutes without anybody answer the phone.
