Lack of communication at it's finest. I posted a message on the snoozy baby's website and got an automated response that they would be in contact shortly but sadly that didn't happen. After waiting a few days I decided to message the whatsapp number for a Sarah on the website and still didn't get a response. Waited a few more days, since people do get busy right?...but sadly again no response. Today I decided to call the other number on the website and a lady named Olga responded saying she has some snoozy baby chairs here in Cape Town I could view and set up a meeting. I mentioned how I wondered if the company was even still in business if they didn't reply to customer queries. Anyway apparently if I need a chair I'd have to deal with Sarah. I thought I should check their reviews here on HP before going any further and boy am I glad I did. If it's difficult to get hold of people before you have even purchased the item can you have faith that the rest of the process will go well? I have decided to take my business elsewhere. Maybe they are having an "off" week or something but I will not be taking any chances.
