I had a problem with my credit card. There were transaction on which I did not do. That problem was solved after I contact Halopeter and the money was paid back to me. I stopped the card and received a new card. I activated the new card but since then, four weeks ago, I can still not use my credit card because the card is "hot". I went to my ASBSA , Citrusdal where thy told me that they can not solve the problem here and the lady said she will report it. I sent a e-mail to lebomasabsa.co.za, that was the person who handled my compaint, no. C-02404225, on the 26/11/2019. This morning my credit card is still "hot".
I am at ABSA for 30 years. Last month the was three transaction on my credit card which I did not do. I went to my branch in Citrusdal. THE LADY HELP ME STOP THE CARD AND TRY TO GET THE MONEY BACK. it seems to me at this stage that ABSA is no going to anything to refund me. I do not use my card for any transaction and never buy online with my card the past 6 months.
<p>I am at Selftrack now for 5 years. One of my devices is not working and I contact them explaining the urgency for me to track my vehicles at all time. After two weeks of sending e-mails and promises to send someone out I am stil waiting for them to solve my problem.</p>
I posted the same complain a few months ago and after Hello Peter followed it up every thing went well. My business is for the last 12 years with ABSA. I work with a lot of coins daily and use many plastic coin bags. For the last three days ABSA cannot supply me with bags. All they say is that they are out of stock. For me to bank my coins I have to buy plastic bags.
