Good Day, an unauthorized debit order went off my account this morning for R126.69. I do not know this company & never authorized any debit orders to be taken off my account. I am going to take this further, as this is really upsetting.
An unauthorized debit order just went off my account for R99.00. I don't know this company and don't know why they would debit my account. Googled them and they seem to be based in Durban. I am very upset, how did they get my details.
I am a very irritated and very angry customer of Woolworths. As per my email below, my husband has received notifications from Woolworths for payment and summons. I am not happy, as he received another sms now and is once again not doing well. I am at work and cannot be worrying and stressing more than I already am about his health. If my husband's condition gets worse and he lands up in hospital, I will take further action against Woolworths and get his Doctors and a lawyer involved; as his condition is life threatening and we cannot deal with this. I hope that this is the last time that I am approaching Woolworths and your attorneys with this, as the only next step would be for me to get attorneys involved.
Woolworths Financial Services & their attorneys keep harassing my husband & sending messages about summons, when payments are being made every month, as per the arrangement with them. This after I have explain the situation with them numerous times & advised that my husband is ill & on disability grant. Really upset & feel like I need to take this further.
