After more than 15yrs with this broker never suffered such humiliation from Amanda consultant and receptionist Emmie Wilmse. Today marks two weeks since I lost my cell phone and being told that cell phone I have been paying for is not the one and up until today they can't provide details of phone they insuredin their file. Today Emmie has been hanging up the phone and not letting me speak to Amanda as she is busy. I have been paying my insurance without fail for more than 15yrs and yet today insurer after submitting all paperwork fail to provide phone insured for. This is unacceptable and what makes matters worse is the doc that they claim to be sourcing from Durban up until now. Never have I once failed to pay every month and today for past two weeks treated like this. All I got is phone description ET576TR and when asking what type of phone is still sourcing from Durban. Why letting me pay for what you can't even identify but take money from consumer. Today I have second thoughts about the broker under Rennasa Insurance company. They reap off people to their own gain
On the 6th of Jan 2015 booked a car where R1900, was reserved. On the 9th R742.00 was deducted again on my account. I was promised that R1900 will be deposited back on the 12th. Up until today that money has not been deposited even thou I complete forms to release this amount. When I call they promise to sort it out and even now not sorted.
