Utterly disgusting on payment processing, not even worth 1 star Stock delivered 21st Jan 2022 not NOT PAID YET as of today, 23rd Nov 2022. I've been chasing on payment to several people, from the account team to the owner through countless emails with statement, calls, WhatsApp. They say they'll look into it but they don't. They sound that they are sorry but they aren't. They are forcing suppliers to deliver stocks on credit, using suppliers' favors and good heart to make profit and move on to the next victim. IF YOU ARE A NEW SUPPLIER, JUST TURN BACK AND MOVE AWAY FROM THEM. IT'S NOT WORTH COMPARED TO THE AMOUNTS OF STRESS YOU'LL GET.
A week ago I bought chicken nuggets at Pick 'n Pay hyper market on Atterbury road, Pretoria. <br> <br> Next day my son took them in lunch box and came home with broken incisor because there was a broken chicken bone in one of the nuggets. I went to Pick 'n Pay and spoke to the branch manager and all they said was it's not their responsibility because they're just selling what they get from suppliers. Although it was one of the Pick n' Pay products with their customer center number on the label, the manager kept saying that they have to contact the suppliers and I have to wait to be contacted. <br> <br> Now a week has passed, nobody contacted me yet and my son went to a dentist and had to fill the crack yesterday. It's really disappointing to see how the branch manager handled the matter. I wonder if he really contacted the supplier?
