Had a plumbing concern. Used an online supplier platform but only one plumber showed to quote - over R3k (after discount)! On recommendation used Aqua Tech Plumbing for 2nd opinion. They explained why problem was presenting and no plumbing repairs was necessary #WIN
- Altech deducts 3 days before debit order date should be - before funds available - resulting in R90 - 00 bank charge! Deduction was on 30 Jan while it should be 1 Feb, deduction date requested originally.<br> <br> <br> I am an additional R90 out of pocket. Can I expect this amount be credited to Feb15 billing ?<br> <br> In addition: <br> - Altech has done nothing to fix MTN signal problems. I have to go outside and walk around with laptop till i find a signal and then stand/sit there and attempt to work! Unable to do this if it rains or when its dark since then its much more unsafe. And limited in time since i cant plug in to power outside. It's ridiculous!<br> <br> - Altech has not returned any of countless calls and written requests for signal problem to be fixed. It has taken up many hours and much airtime. Not forgetting being charged for several months for no connectivity.<br> <br> - Altech sells a product but have no intention of giving their customers loyalty and staff lack performance ability.<br> <br> Ps: Supplier feedback are empty automatic responses colored with nice words.
