I have been a keen and loyal customer for many years, but I am in tears of frustration with Xero's platform currently. My handheld device broke with no way to recover. I had the authenticator app on the that device. I cannot set it up on my new device, because I need to be logged in to my account to set it up. So I use the 'alternative method' option which is backup e-mail. I have not received any mails yet on any of my email adresses. They say proudly 24/7 support, but you need to be logged in to be supported, otherwise, shockingly there is just no way to contact them and if there is they are very secretive about it. Even their social media is attended by AI bot and takes me right back to the login page. The only email adress they have is careers. I need a human STAT!! I will remove this as soon as I get assistance. If you still see this they are yet to respond.
