The decision to have them install an immobiliser and radio turned out to be one of my worst decisions ever. I addressed it with the owner after the radio speakers were not connected, again when the immobiliser have issues. The *****s for the dashboard panels were lost, then the steering column *****s. The excuse was that the steering column was faulty, which was a lie. The wires were all left exposed and damaged from installing. The last reason for the immobiliser not working was a faulty starter relay, which was tested and was working fine. Replaced it anyway only to find the immobiliser is faulty. Decided to get a professional to remove it as I did not want further damages caused by radio Autosonic
The Help line and Whatsapp bots are the worst. It's impossible to query anything and then be expected to pay amounts based on an unverified sms.
I have lodged multiple complaints about municipal sewer line being blocked. My line was noted to be blocked on Sunday the 10th of April 2022. I had Drain blasters come out at my personal cost to try and clear the line, but the blockage is to far into the main municipal sewer line and they may not access it as it belongs to the city of Cape Town. I then logged a complaint and the city came out with a Bakkie and later the same day on Monday the 11th of April with a Truck to try and clear the line by entering the sewer line from my property. They could not find the municipal access point and could not clear the blockage. The called for a senior to come with a plan, who arrived on Tuesday the 11th of April and looked around for 5 Minutes and left. Each call made thereafter has had the situation escalated, but still not resolved as no-one has come out since. My line is blocked, overflowing internally and all facilities in the house can not be used. (Toilets, shower, wash basins, etc.) The situation worsens by the day. Today is the 15th of April 2022. I ordered food from the Parow KFC and paid for it. The driver then later arrived and tried to call me while I was standing at the door. I called him back twice, but he put the phone down. I never got my food and no response from Uber eats. It seems a fast missed call from a Uber eats driver of which I have my phone logs is enough to validate driving away with your food. It took me a minute to get to my phone, but too late to save my food. The service worsened over time and a better solution is needed as being ignored after I spend R282 is not funny.
The move with biddulphs was arranged to move from Cape Town to Johannesburg. The first question was when do they need to collect to be their on a Thursday. The sales person put me through to logistics and they stated that they would need to collect Monday. When I got the paperwork delivery was the Friday and they only collected Monday night after having forgotten about me. It went downhill fast after that as the furniture and boxes loaded arrived broken and soaking wet in Johannesburg. All appliances were wet, blankets inside plastic crates were soaked. I don’t even know how this is possible unless they went through the stuff before actual delivery. They are the worst company to utilise for a move.
