poor service
these people treat people like dogs and associated with old ipgroup and now mia telecoms which is useless. I bought a PABX samsung system in 2017. from a Quinton that is nothing short of a con artist.he worked for ipgroup. then they disappeared, but mia took over as they had an association it seems. crs financed this. in october 2022 i paid for ownership. they changed my debit order to the airtime. but they never let it go off. i do not see these things as i do not do my own books. this system was off so often. more than an uncontrolled diabetic goes to the loo at night. at one stage we were off for 4 months and mia telecoms (in same company?) just diverted all the calls to my cellphone. still a few times a day we cannot call or receive calls. it got so bad we bought cheap cellphones to get calls for appointments. I lost a lot of income through that. they did not put my debit order go through and now say i owe them R10k but was willing to halve it. I was forced to pay or get my service suspended. and the then told to seek another service. i have requested to port out to herotel, and told by mia to get a static ip address. i did this and then was told by mia they cannot use the ip address. and herotel....missing. I asked them both to talk to each other as i am in the middle with both being almost 500km's from me. nothing happened. please small businesses please refrain from doing business with these corporate bullies who overcharge you on everything and is absent when your telephone breaks.

Poor communicating communications company with sneaky contracts
salesman came to me. pabx discussed at R1885 a mont. then becaused I requested a extra unit. it became 2277.57/m. CRS phoned and I wrote down that amount as agreed on a previous call. after installation a creepy little rep came in for about 200 signatures and I asked if it is the R2277.57 as only cost and as I was busy I signed. then first account and second account with 115 days had an extra R399 on it. I phoned both times and was promised it will be removed. I asked for a written confirmatiom more than once. they don't ****** care! They got their sale and bonus. So to all businesses out there. please watch out. they targeting Doctor's practices now!
