CDE pharmacy took my money on Monday this week. They then proceeded to not respond to any WhatsApp messages, emails, or telephone communication attempts. The medication is need is crucial to my life and it runs out today. Their lack of communication is ********ly negligent and they should not be operating as a service provider. Their rude and *********** employees who failed at this fundamental task should be trained and taught to avoid such horrible customer treatment.
Thoroughly disappointed with the service from these people. Their driver is rude and ******** in Stellenbosch. Zero communication about the date and time of delivery for alternate arrangements to be made with no attempt to contact the customer on the day of delivery with an approximate time of delivery. Actively wanted to give my parcel to a stranger because he didn't want to come back to the location and only after I repeatedly informed him to not do this did he put the parcel away. The parcel is now lost and there is likely no chance I will get it as he refused to deliver it today and said he won't be bringing it here. The communication from this company is disgusting and severely unprofessional.
Parcel delivered to the incorrect person. No attempt was made to contact me as stated in the delivery instructions. No SMS or phone call was made to indicate that the parcel had been delivered. No email was sent to confirm delivery or inform the customer that delivery was scheduled for the day. Customer service representatives were incredibly rude on the phone and **** (informed me that there were no delivery instructions on the parcel, when there were), also refused to correct the error, and refused to apologise or offer solutions to the problem. The courier company has failed in its primary duty. They failed to acknowledge that if they were delivering life-saving medication or something time-sensitive, that the failure to communicate delivery could have had far more serious consequences. I would not use their services again if I had the choice of an alternative.
Would give them a zero star rating. They failed to enter my details correctly so I received none of their communication. There was no apology when I contacted them to enquire why I was receiving no emails. They then proceed to rudely inform me that nothing can be done and they won't rectify their mistakes. They are **** bags, ********s, and the worst lack of service providers I've ever had the experience of working with. I'll be switching medical aids if they fail to fix their incompetence in the next few days.
They deserve a zero star rating for the lack of customer care and service provided. The internet is now working but the speed is severely throttled and does not come close to the stated speed at any time during the day. They stated they will give you an unshaped and uncapped line but this is far from the case. They also fail to answer their phones or respond to queries on the app. If they fail to fix this, I think I will simply cancel this contract for failure to deliver services as stated.
I wish I could give them a 0* rating. It's like they don't want to be an internet service provider. They don't answer their phones, they don't help their customers or potential customers with internet. It has been over a week with zero progress on an order, zero communication on why the order has stalled, and it's overall left a very sour taste. I think I will be looking for another ISP. Preferably one that actually cares enough to offer some kind of customer support.
