I purchased the product 5 January 2018. It is now February 2018 and I still have not received my product. There's no proof that the product was even delivered or signed for by me indicating THEFT. I brought it up but GARCINIA continued to ignore me. This will be escalated to the police as Theft as I have proof of payment of the purchase of the product but no product. Below is the last communication I sent them: "Hi, To whom this may concern I'm opening a case of theft against you as I have not received my product. I have bank statements confirming the purchase of the product however the product has not been delivered. I've received no proof that the product has been delivered or proof that I signed for the product as it was not delivered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kele Modise"
<p>An amount of R11563.79 (Salary) was deposited into my cheque account as well as an additional R500. The total amount R12063.79 . A debit order of R365 (cellphone) was deducted along with an amount R99. I had a remaining balance of R11 599 which should have been R11 698. I called in on the 25 May 2017 to have the amount reversed and the consultant requested I call in the following day to have the amount reversed. I called in on the 26 th May 2017 to have the amount reversed and a consultant said that no such amount has been deducted. This is the same amount I requested to be reversed last month in April as well as for the proposed debit order to be cancelled.Please note that until this amount has been refunded I will escalate this to the authorities and open a case of theft as this has happened before. This is not the first time I've called your call centre and requested for unsolicited amounts/ debit orders to be reversed and stopped and has not been actioned as I've had to call back in for the next several months in order to re-iterate the previous call from the previous months. I expect my request to ne actioned ASAP as well as a detailed explanation of why I need to keep re-iterate the same things over and over. If this can't be resolved I'll be closing my account with you and going elsewhere as clearly this is a Joke to you.</p>
<p>Hi,</p> <p>I went to the repair centre and was told that there's no part's to repair my phone? As such they've said to me that they'll be ordering me another phone having not attempted to repair it?<br />Why was I told to go to the repair centre if it was a known fact that there were no parts? If this is the case what assurance do I have that the next phone won't magically shut down again of which it won't or can't be repaired then what you'll replace it with a new phone again????????. With no explanation of what happened to the phone why am I expected to pay for this phone? Why am I not re-reimbursed my money back as your selling faulty equipment and your solution to the problem is to give me another phone? How does this help? This is the second complaint on Hello Peter and still no feedback as to wheteher or not the request has been completed? I need this to be redirected to whomever can assist me with this regard and rectify this issue. It's not normal for a cell phone to just shut down for no apparent reason?
