On 12 July, 2018, I ordered a single Unicorn Duvet set from KidzCo, and received acknowledgement that payment of R640 had been received and the Order No is 10541. I was advised prior to ordering that the goods would take between 4 - 6 weeks to arrive. Payment was made into the Bidvest Bank Branch No 462005, Savings Account No ********** 002 in name of M Bredenkamp. The payment was R490 for the duvet set and R150 for delivery. On 6 September (8 weeks after ordering), I sent an email to ********** the email given as a contact. I also sent emails on 11 and 18 September, and, to date, I have received no acknowledgement or answer to my queries about my ordered and paid for goods. On the order receipt, there is a website mentioned https://www.kidzco.co.za/, but this doesn't seem to exist. I would appreciate it if you could try and contact this M Bredenkamp, and track the whereabouts of my goods. Many thanks Cathy Durrbaum **********
