I want to express my gratitude towards Phumla from Buffalo logistics
I want to express my gratitude towards Phumla from Buffalo logistics. What a great pleasure to work with this lady. So my story begins when my two parcels are missing in action from another courier company called linex. After several calls to this company, I was told that the vehicle with the parcels was in anaccident and might be ******. Phumla assisted me throughout the whole ordeal even if it wasn't their company. This was really going beyond and above for a customer who was in desperate need. Thank you so much, Phumla, for caring for your customers. I will recommend your company anytime. Excellent service it's much appreciated. Regards Mietha

After waitin more than a month waiting for my two parcels, they tell me the vehicle that transported the parcels was in an accident and the stuff was ******
After waitin more than a month waiting for my two parcels, they tell me the vehicle that transported the parcels was in an accident and the stuff was ******. I had to phone in every day tried to find out what happened with my parcels. Then finally they tell me the vehicle was in an accident and some parcels was damaged and stollen. Poor service really poor service.
