No proper waterproofing of tiled balcony

I appointed Baobab projects to tile my balcony, including waterproofing. They did not do the waterproofing properly and it leaks into the patio below. Waldo has been unable to repair it properly. It looks like the tiling will need to be removed again and the waterproofing done properly, and then retiled again.
