Absolute terrable service - builder/Project Manager whatever he was... We got him back in 2017 to assist with a home renovation the rpoblems started on Day 1 - when he did not show up as he took his gilfriend on long weekend away with the deposit we paid him.... After that he was never on time and when he was there he was hungover or drunk... His team "i have worked with for years" are all 1st timers We had to fight with him to complete any work.. the team would not take orders from us as they worked for him. Absolutely everything was done incorrectly the 1st time and had to be redone. He damended money every week and when we stopped handing over funds for ****py work he started swearing at us He showed up one day with his building expert "borther in-law" and stated that this is his mediator.. as we will not talk to a child (I was 31 at the time) I ended up paying him the last funds just to get rig of him. had to get a new plumber, electrictian, and builder to fix and complete his work. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN - YOU WILL HAVE ISSUES WITH HIM!!!!
Absa is the most useless and unhelpful bank i have the displeasure of dealing with. I have a client that needs an Land Use application submitted at the Local Authority. A common requirement is a Bondholders Consent letter ( basic letter stating that they either approve of reject the proposed development? ) Its been 3 months and no-one we talk to can give us a number/ person or department to contact to get this letter. As a norm there is a time frame connected to a application but not even the fact that the owner will loose money will get ABSA to respond to the request.
