Onair not much of a help
I have cancelled my contract with them. They still took of an installment after that. When I went in on banking app, it shows that I still owns them money and therefore it keep showing on my app that I'm one installment behind and therefor I am a bad paying customer.

No Passport no Home affairs......
My wife app**** for a passport. Up to Yesterday, no passport was issued by Home affairs. We are going on a honeymoon trip to Zanzibar and our flight leaves the 12 of Dec 2023. They cannot or will not give us any answers on why it is not issued yet. She app**** in Oct already with an appointment in Klerksdorp. Lesia Breedt ID NR8108060172080

Payback from Absa
Hi, I paid money over into a closed/dormant on 1 September 2023. I have spoken to my bank to do a reversal of payment. according to them, Absa must pay me back. I am still waiting for Absa to refund me my money. regards
