severe health implications Hairloss

Since I have been using this product it has affected my life badly to the extent that I don't want to go out in public or with my friends. I have been experiencing severe hair loss since the use of their product. So far the owner of the Holistix company has told me that the independent Dr he has contacted looked at my hair loss images and thinks it's iron intoxication. On another email and in a telephone call I was promised feedback and was to that a investigation is in process. In the mean time where does this leave me with my increased hair loss and bald spots???? Other people that also used this product has also reported hair loss.
