I paid Chapman Skills in full for an Import & Export Procedures course. My point of contact was Karabo Baloyi. After they received my payment, they completely disappeared—no answers to my calls, emails, or messages. This is a blatant ****. Karabo Baloyi and Chapman Skills have shown zero professionalism or integrity. If you're considering using them—don't. They will take your money and vanish. Save yourself the stress. When you get an email from them—block it. When they call—don’t trust them. Karabo Baloyi, I am demanding a full refund and will be reporting you and this *****ulent company to the police and consumer protection bodies. Shame on you for taking advantage of people trying to build their future.

The Capitec Funeral Policy is such a joke, my grandmother passed away and a week later they busy assess, what are they assess. After me going to the branch and talking to Policy Department, We needed to run around to get answers and no one bother to call and explain what is going on. I must follow up with them and after a week, Nothing. I Would NEVER again NEVER recommend anyone to use Capitec Funeral Cover. By, the way I pay all my premium religious so and when came to claiming, they want to try to find reason not to pay out. Really POOR service and reaction time, is a joke, especially while you a in stress to how I will lay my grandmother. Oh, again this escalated policy is a joke, also don't see how it helps.
I cant understand why they still in business, twice I have logged a claim and nothing came out. I was locked out of my house on a Saturday few year back and called to find out if they can send a locksmith, I was told that policy doesn't exist. Following Monday I called to check why, I was told that Standard bank house assist only assist during office hours, I mean really now. What the point of emergency when its only gonna be during office hours. Second time, microwave didn't work I logged a claim a week later I am still waiting. I fixed it myself, this is really not worth paying, don't waste your money. I actually been paying Standard bank insurance for year and never got any service worth the money I paid.
