No refund from Color Run after event was cancelled

I purchased tickets and merchandise from The Color Run for the Ballito event scheduled for 10 January 2015. The event was cancelled and I requested a refund from the Color Run on 29 December 2014. On 30 December 2014 they requested my banking details to process the refund. No refund has been processed and no correspondence received. I am not the only person still waiting for my ticket and merchandise money to be refunded.
