NO RETURNS POLICY STINKS!!!!!!

On Sunday 01/02/2015 my daughter and I walked into the store to browse for a pair of shoes she found a pair she liked but as she walked out and as you know teenagers she decided she didn't like the shoe any longer, we walked back inside the shop and tried to return it but then found out that they have a no returns policy I called the Head Office and spoke to Samantha(no joy there) and the stamp on the slip said NO RETURN ON SALE GOODS but as this was a normal priced item I couldn't understand. I think this is a bad very BAD POLICY and I hope that South Africans out there don't support shops like ZOOM OUTLETS that has a no returns policy.
