Still waiting for my refund since LAST year!

So i had a recording that iAfrica transcribed for myself, the recording wasn't even transcribed properly, a lot of words that are clearly audible wasn't transcribed but I never complained. The transcription was a few pages less than they quoted me and they advised me that they would refund me for the pages that weren't used. This was last year in December. It is now February 2015 and I still haven't received my payment. This needs to be sorted out ASAP! Thier person that apparently deals with refunds is Prenita Govender, I have emailed he a few times and have not received a response yet!
