I was billed for high water usage for two months difference of + -81kl. Ekurhuleni couldn't explain when I went to there Nigel branch in Jan'15. All they expected is I will pay the bill and that's it. Logged complaint on the web site 1Oct received mail complaint is logged successful and forwarded to the call centre 2 Oct so they could assist with the query. I Followed up on 6 Oct again mail was forwarded this time to Tumi.Tsholo@ekurhuleni.gov.za to assist with the unresolved query, until today I haven't had an reply or anything from anyone!!! 31Jan I was urgently looking for an Sensor for Jeep saw advert on junkMail web site phoned to Gerald had to phone back in 15min to look if they have the part. phoned back and he confirmed they have it. I asked how late they close, do they have delivery services he asked where must part be delivered I stated Springs. He promised if I pay the money in and it reflexs on theire side he can have the part delivered free that day the latest 17H00 with an 12 month Guarantee. Part was never delivered tried phoning ignored my calls after I made it clear that this is urgent. Monday 2 Feb he answered my call and his words I deliberty ignored you're calls because you phone 20 times shouting at me not giving me time to talk treating me like a dog and dropped phone in my ear. I informed my husband he phoned also experiencing arrugant attitude,husband was told his racist nothing mentoined about colour,the word Pussy isnt racist its an cat,He promised part will be delivered 3/2. phoned to hear if on track promised get back to me still waiting, Arranged someone to go collect the part for me no one knew about it and he cancelled the sale wanted my bank det for money to be paid, no money ignoring me.
