This is the best company to have pet insurance with. Everything is hassle free, done quickly and with a smile - nothing is simply ever to much for them...The saying is so true "no one has a warmer heart than dotsure"
I had the most amazing experience with Chad Lewis from dotsure pet insurance. What an amazing person professional, very friendly, never got annoyed with my million questions and what stood out most was how quickly he responded to my emails. Chad definetly convinced me that i will receive the best treatment for my fur babies and its because of him that i joined. He didnt sell me the most expensive product but listened to what i needed and def suggested the correct and most amazing product. I will recommend anyone to join them and if you can ask for Chad Lewis

HUGE HUGE HUGE ****....STAY AWAY FROM EVERYTHING RELATED TO THIS "COMPANY" they dont exist! They *****sters BIG ONES. I have opened a case at the police and capitec is investigating for *****! This is an international bank who i contacted as well as Rogers Bank, they have no idea who these people are. I have sent them all the proof i have and they are going to investigate. The police are going to the adres that is on the letter and i am going to the court to request an application to get the bank statements of the account details i got. Do not for ANY reason give these people money. It seems like they start with the same story with everyone "you provided your wrong account number" they make you feel like **** to but my it guy established that they change your info then make it look like you made a mistake, then you have to pay to fix it, then pay again for a new otp...its bull****. Anyone who needs more info please find me on fb i will gladly share all my proof with you of these *****sters. My it guy managed to get the ip addresses so hopefully they will be caught but i think there is a few of them so stay away from them! I repeat this is a HUGE ****
I have received the absolute best service from these panel beaters under the terrible circumstances that they were put in. They gave me 120% from day one and Minque Botha has been an absolute star. Highly recommend them.
I am extremely disappointed and very frustrated. No one seems to care how long this takes to repair my vehicle, i don't even know where exactly this assessment center is that they are talking about, no one has even bothered to confirm or call me to let me know that it is actually there. I have no clue where my car is, what is happening and what exactly the damages are. I have to phone them every blerrie time and every time i am told something els. I have tried to get the car moved to panel beaters but nothing seems to happen. First i was told i have to wait for the assessor to call me before it can be moved, i am still waiting for that call....2030 is also coming..... The accident happened last week Friday before 7 in the morning and i am still waiting for this someone to call me with answers and i am fed up on phoning the insurance company because they all seem to be looking at different screens because no one has the same info. SO unfair but you miss one premium and i can promise you they will hound you down like its nobody's business. So if i have waited 5 days with no phone call how long is actually going to take you to do something about this?????? The worst is the damage is really minor compared to some accidents i have seen yet i am left in the dark struggling to find my way around, i have no idea who to turn to what to do etc etc. Really shocking i must say, the adverti*****ts are really good, taking the policy out really good BUT after that what a total disappointment! I was really impressed go look at my previous reviews, but for anyone considering this company please do your home work as its a struggle i cant even begin to explain and there are not much options for towing, assessment centers, panel beaters etc. when something does happen. I have been told by a few people the assessment center where my car is supposedly standing (from the lousy sms i got a week ago for the towing but i have not actually managed to establish if its really there and in what condition it is) is not the best area or place for your car to be, someone actually told me her car was ****** and stripped down completely from this assessment center - not very comforting when you are already panicked and stressed and no one seems to help you. I will keep the public updated of how things go because people deserve to know how they will be treated and what value you will get for your money. Concerning that people take your money yet when it comes to service you are treated like this....Think you should rephrase your add on kyknet, i could help with the wording!!!!
