Bad Service

5 weeks today phoned re gutters leaking. Phoned again they could not find original Invoice for installation of gutters. Scanned to them. They responded R625.00 call-out fee. Told them we are pensioners and they replied they would send someone when in the area. That was 3 weeks ago. No further results. They do not have any after sales service.
