I saw an advert selling Slim Betti and asked a consultant to phone me back to find out more. once they explained everything i told the consultant that i will get back to them regarding purchasing the product as it was R749 once of. the consultant kept on going and forcing to seel the product until i said ok i will purchase. what she said over the phone the cost is for 6 months supply which is R749 and the invoice i received are two different things. I have asked the consultant several time the total amount for the 6 months supply and she just said it was R749 for 6 months supply. i am not happy and asked them on several mails to send the courier service to come and collect the product as i DONT WANT IT.... this was false advertising and they consultant explaining the agreement didnt mention that i will have to pay plus minus R2300 more. up until today i didnt get feedback on when they will send the courier service to collect the product. i will take this further if they deduct any of the money from my account.
I had an accident on 30.01.2015. The accident was reported to king Price on Monday 2 February 2015 as I was admitted to hospital for minor injuries. they came with a story that I lied on my application form regarding claims in the last 3 years. Yes I had a claim 2 years ago by the act of God 'hail damaged', which they said its fine that doesn't count. they came back again stating that I lied because I am on ITC since 2010. this was a shocker to me as I never knew about this.No one contacted me to inform me and I bought a car, made a loan etc in the past 5 years. After investigating from King Price side they informed me that all is in order and they will proceed to pay out. After all this stress and emotional time they put me through they came up with another excuse. I am not claim free from the last 7 years. They asked for more information regarding all my previous insurances. I am not a robot and can't remember everywhere I had insurance the past 7 years. I have asked Price King to send me a letter stating all the above so I can take this further and up until now I haven't had any response from them. 21 days and still nothing. Poor client service. So disappointed.
