Pick n pay *****ing our money with buffer amount
Buffer amount not refunded I placed an order yesterday on Puck n Pay Asap which came to R1 092. R1557 was deducted to have included the buffer amount. The correct amount was to be debited on my account after pucking was done. This has not been done and Ouck n Pay Asap does not want to return my money. I called them today and i was told to wait until someoune is allocated my email. Do you have any idea how big of an amount R500 is a lot. Now I have to wait 4 to 5 working days to get my money back. This new Pick n pay asap is so useless. And *****ing our money my cart was R489. And the buffer amount R500. I want my money back today. I paid more than R1 000.
