Great Staff Attitude
Hi<br> I shopped at Westpack in Montana a few days ago and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful every staff member was that I came across. One actually left what he was doing to go and show me where to find something all the others greeted me as I passed by. What a pleasure to shop at a store like that. terrible service
waited 45 minutes for 2 pie orders that were prepared so shouldn't have taken more than 15 minutes, lamb pie was ice cold out of the fridge, and all the manager could say was sorry and disappeared. totally shocked at what used to be my favourite coffee shop.
