I am so upset with Mango and like to bring it under your attention that I will never book with mango again. On Sunday 2 December 2018 we flew with Flight JE703 from Lanseria to Cape Town. Firstly when we had to board we stood in the priority line to board first because I flew with my 8month old baby and as far as I know we are allowed to board first with the wheelchair passengers. Secondly when we where on board we where suppose to take off at 9h40 we only took of at 10h25 with several excuses why we where delayed first because they where waiting for paperwork and then it was because of a flight attendant that called in sick and then had to wait for another flight attendant that lived far from the airport and had to wait for him. Well and for a baby of 8 months sitting in a hot airplane with no proper ventilation and getting difficult is not how anyone planned a flight. Then for us that haven’t eaten anything the morning thinking that we would get something to eat on flight waited for so long starved our self and wanting to order something to eat they only had 2 types of sandwiches both had cheese on and I am allergic to dairy so couldn’t even get something to eat. This flight was just the top point this year I am a regular traveler and of all my flight experiences this was just the worst and don’t feel like ever flying with mango because I can take a few minutes delayed but this was just it for me, I even get better service from other cheaper airways better food and never been delayed. I wanted to put you on social media so that so many people can see what mango stands for it wont even matter because still there wont be anything done to the issue. I hope that you get your standard up to date because you are definitely not just going to loose me as a client but so much more. Lots of unhappy clients and we are not impressed. For the amount of money I spend on mango I am not happy and would rather pay more or less for better service. This is my complaint email. Payed to fix my hair after they messed it up. Went back to get it fixed christolene only washed my hair said I should come back the 2nd Friday. When I got there another client was there and I was told to come back on the date they gave me, but they never gave me a date only said come the 2nd friday after i was there. I emailed them the week before to confirm and in the salon when I said that i have confirmed they made me the liar. No sorry and no goodbey when I left. Very upset
