Treating Passangers like gabbage

My child is using Ikhwezi Bus Transport to school,and today the child did not attend school,i left him all by himself just because the driver left the child right there waiting of which I hushly knew it today that its not a proper bus stop the other drivers are just using the courtesy when they are taking people from that point.That place its a reserve area,there are no bus stop signs,on top of that there are too many resident living on that area,you have to go meters when you have to reach another point to get transport.When I contact the office to ask why,the person I spoke to of which I even forgotten his name was very rude.He said he will not say anyting to his driver because he did nothing wrong,that child must go to the other point and its not his problem that the driver did not take the child to school.While I was still explaining he hang up the phone.HE DID NOT CARE.<br> <br> Its not only that driver for 459,taking chidren from Esikhawini to Siyakhanyisa Primary,most of them they are treating us as if they are carring loads of rubbish.i don't thing we deserve that. we are depending on them but we do not appreciate the kind of treatment we receive.

I was so embarrassed,humiliated and insulted

i walked into a store coming from work,as happy as i was that they have opened a new branch for us.The staff lady was moping the floor near the entry door,i tried to tip toe so that i wont step where its wet but almost the whole store was still wet.The lady who was moping spoke loudly to the till lady saying,people are so irritating because they come into the shop only to find out tat they don't even have money to buy.She said customers think they are better walking in while they are still busy.I was with mu husband.They said i think I'm Mrs,i want to score points to my hubby.They didn't even know hat is my relation with the person I'm with.They kept on talking a lot of disappointing staff that you cant expect from them.as disappointed as we were we walked out from the shop.i don't think i will Ever set my foot on that shop.So disrespected.
