Bad communication lead to wrong installation

My experience:<br> Date given is a rough estimate. <br> heating was installed, 6sqm to be covered. 12sqm they wanted to install. Installation crew had no clue why 12sqm were quoted. No explanation given in time but 6sqm installed but too weak. No probe installed, never reminded me to supply my own or ask. Just left installation without probe. Later installation will ruin final floor. No automatic heating possible now.<br> <br> Owner blames it all on me although but he should have been the professional.<br> <br> BAD attitude, BAD communication, BAD professionalism.<br> <br> MONEY Wasted. Floor heating takes 3 hours in SUMMER to heat up floor and I don't want to know how much energy is wasted.<br> <br> Also gaps in heated area.
