Amazing Service
I would like to thank Dave and his very efficient staff for taking the hassle out of my moving house yesterday 01.10.2015<br> I would highly recommend them to anyone, the staff are absolutely amazing! Friendly and extremely patient staff

STILL NO ADSL LINE!!! NEARLY 4 WEEKS LATER!!!
Telkom, you must be the most useless company in the entire galaxy. I listed a complaint here on Wed 19th August and I listed a complaint on your Facebook page. ALL I GET ARE EMPTY PROMISES!!!! I will continue to complain until you get this sorted out. It is nearly 4 weeks that I have had no ADSL/Internet service. I will not be paying my account because I only think that it is fair that I get a discount for the full month. I have had no service. What the hell is the problem???!!! I send an email to [Email Removed] as requested in your response on my first complaint to ask what is happening BUT of COURSE!!! No response!!!<br> SORT OUT MY LINE!!!<br> STOP MAKING EMPTY PROMISES!!!<br> SEND A TECHNICIAN TO SORT IT OUT!!!! TODAY!!!<br> My reference number for the first complaint is SM136128 but hey that probably holds no water!!!

NO ADSL/LINE SERVICE FOR NEARLY 3 WEEKS!!!
I pay Telkom R770 per month for an uncapped ADSL service and have not been able to use this for nearly 3 weeks!!!! I have phoned their call center on numerous occasions and to this date NOTHING has been done to resolve this issue. I can tell you one thing, I will be working out my usage for 3 days (the line went down on 3rd August 2015 and was reported that day) and will ONLY pay Telkom for those 3 days<br> <br> I am sick to death of phoning the call center only to find out there is STILL a \General Fault"in my area related to my number and then get told \""the only thing they can do is escalate the fault\"" I have escalated it up to my ears!!!! No wonder so many people are moving away from Telkom ADSL and onto Wireless Internet. <br> If this is not resolved by the time I move house I certainly will NOT be moving the line. TELKOM SUCKS!!!"""
